Be Ready!
Gorge Shuttles will contact you one week before your reservation to confirm your pick up time.
Be Ready for pick up at location! Watch for the shuttle and arrive early 5-8 minutes early. Shuttles will wait 2 - 3 minutes at locations before moving to the next scheduled location.
Missed rides may not be reimbursed.

Please text 509-760-9763 with your choice of leave time to ensure we have enough space for all requests.
Different leave times may be requested
for an additional fee of $10/person.
All schedules will be sent to riders ahead of time.
Please make sure to ride at the time you requested.

Private Shuttles will have their own pick up times.
Return Times:
30 minutes after the event ends
Shuttle leaves The Gorge Commercial Shuttle Parking or (B3), 30 minutes after concert ends. Your shuttle driver will send a text notification 15 minutes before leave time if you have not arrived to the shuttle.
