Gorge Shuttles will contact you one week before your reservation to confirm your pick up time.
Be Ready for pick up at location! Watch for the shuttle and arrive early 5-8 minutes early. Shuttles will wait 2 - 3 minutes at locations before moving to the next scheduled location.
Missed rides may not be reimbursed.

Early Leave Times need to be by request and will have an additional fee of $10/person. Limited seating for the earlier shuttle time. Please text 509-760-9763 to request the earlier shuttle time.
*All Wingate, Inn at ML, and Ramada riders will be on a yellow school bus. The school bus will be parked in the hotel parking lot close to Carl's Jr. Please navigate to the school bus, it will not pick up at the hotel lobby.
**GQ Extended Stay and Holiday Inn Express (George): Please meet in the Fat Burger parking lot.
All schedules will be sent to riders ahead of time.
Please make sure to ride at the time you requested.

Private Shuttles will have their own pick up times.
Return Times:
30 minutes after the event ends
Shuttle leaves The Gorge Commercial Shuttle Parking or (B3), 30 minutes after concert ends. Your shuttle driver will send a text notification 15 minutes before leave time if you have not arrived to the shuttle.
