How do I reserve a seat?
Do I reserve individually or for my whole group?
You can select the number of people during your reservation.
Is the cost per rider?
Yes, the cost listed is per rider without tax. There is a 3% credit card fee unless you pay via Zelle.
Will I get a refund for missed rides?
Please see the refund/cancellation policy.
Will you pick up from our Air Bnb?
Yes, depending on how many riders and the location. This could result in an increase in cost.
When does the shuttle leave the Gorge?
Shuttles leave promptly 30 minutes after the show ends with a 15 minute warning.
Where does the shuttle pick up and drop off from The Gorge?
The shuttles drop off and pick up from the same location. Gate B3/Commercial Shuttle Parking. See Map. (Map says Road B/C - not updated)
Can I contact my driver?
Yes, your driver's number will be posted in the shuttle the day of the event.
When is my pick up time from the hotel?
The pick up schedule will be posted online, or communicated ahead of time with large groups.
Do I have to reserve ahead of time?
No, but there is a better chance that you will secure a seat. Shuttles may also not run if there are not enough riders. Drop in prices can increase the day of the event.
Can I bring my lawn chair?
Yes, we have space for some small items.
Can I leave my car at the hotel?
Each hotel has different policies. Please contact the desired hotel and ask.
Will the shuttle leave without me?
Shuttle drivers will send a 15 minute warning to those who haven't arrived to the shuttle. If riders cannot find the shuttle after several attempts to contact them, shuttles must leave. No refunds for missed rides.
